**Multitasking is a must, our situation is unique, because of the small size of the space you will be working alone and you must be comfortable with this. Opening/Closing the spa, managing the front desk, answering calls, responding to emails, checking in and cashing clients out, servicing clients, selling retail, setting up and cleaning up before and after every person, and managing the cash drawer at the end of the night. Because we only can take one client at a time this is easily manageable but you must be punctual and watch your time wisely. Time management and multitasking is of utmost importance to make this situation flow smoothly for yourself and the clients.
*Must adhere to dress code, look presentable and professional at all times.
*Must be willing to work to build own clientele, we are mostly a word of mouth business.
*Open to taking classes and learning new skills.
*Be positive upbeat and personable
*Ability to recommend and sell appropriate retail/services to consumer.
*Clean, maintain, sterilize workspace and tools after each and every client and perform end of the day cleanup duties.
*Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
*Welcome and acknowledge all clients according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank clients with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language.
*Must be motivated and reliable.
