Reopening Update

Dear loved and missed clients, As you may have heard yesterday we are beginning phase one of reopening Massachusetts. Unfortunately, Trouvé falls into the phase two category of June 8th and that is if all goes well. I have thought about this thoroughly and have decided to use my best judgement on the matter. Being a boutique business servicing clients one on one I feel as though I can safely begin a “quiet reopening”. My main concern is to be able to provide services for at least a few weeks before I go on maternity leave, which is expected to be June 20th. Being out of the spa from March to September is too depressing! With respect to the reopening timeline I have decided to begin offering limited services starting Tuesday May 26th. My schedule for the weeks leading up to maternity leave will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; possibly the occasional Saturday. Any future appointments already in the books may need to be modified to accommodate this change. These services are limited to Nail Care, Non-Facial Hair Removal, and Non-Facial Skin Classic Treatments. I will revisit service offerings once I receive more guidance 3 weeks from now for the phase two opening if I haven’t begun maternity leave yet. Of course this "quiet reopening" is being offered to whoever feels comfortable. I have taken and passed the COVID-19 guidelines on sanitation and these will be listed in the spa for all to see. Disinfection and sanitation between each client was always a standard practice (I have taken updated certifications) and will be taking extra precautions and include common surfaces such as door knobs etc. Use of disposable implements will be used when applicable. Trouvé has taken the time to prepare for the safest reopening possible for myself and my clients. I ask the following guidelines of you in order to help as well: *If you are feeling sick or have potentially been exposed to Covid-19 PLEASE STAY HOME. *Please NO gloves allowed, it is too easy to accidentally cross contaminate. Upon arrival it is highly encouraged to either use hand sanitizer which will be readily available or wash your hands prior to your service. * Masks are mandatory for myself and patrons to help slow the spread. *Please make an appointment, this helps me control social distancing guidelines, also I strongly discourage arriving too early or staying past your appointment time to limit the number of people in the small space. In the beginning of reopening, the guidelines suggest staying in your car until you receive a call or text. *Once your appointment has been made (if you used online booking) you may or may not be contacted by me if timing needs to be adjusted. I am trying to space out time between clients for extra cleaning of common areas.

I will continue to provide updates throughout this process up until I go on maternity leave. If you would like to reach out to me personally I suggest email: Trouve@skincaretherapy.net, or the live chat (chat bubble bottom right corner) via the website: www.trouveaesthetics.com. This is equivalent to texting. I am not in the spa often enough to answer the phone at this time. Thank you for your patience during these uncertain times. I wish I could offer more insight but the reality is as a small business we are notified of updates and changes at the same time as the general public. Be safe & well and stay tuned for my next update regarding phase two.
