Trouvé Aesthetics & Wellness offers an array of customized treatments, cosmeceutical retail products, as well as private, one-on-one, personalized appointments; where our entire space is all yours for the duration of your appointment with next to no interruptions.

We are a cozy space, with one independent professional; therefore, we are only able to service one client at a time.  This means that each individual receives our undivided attention without interruptions.  This also enables us to really get to know your wants and needs, and tailor each service to you.

Stefania Angiolilli Silvestro

OWNER, TROUVÉ AESTHETICS & WELLNESS

With 14 years in the beauty wellness industry, Stefania's industry skills are well rounded, and consisting of aesthetics, nail treatments, hair removal, makeup artistry and lash and brow services.  She is a graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, Blaine Beauty School and Empire Beauty School; along with having an array of continuing education certifications and being a member of the Associated Skin Care Professionals. Stefania has had extensive work experience and education in both Ayurvedic and Medical Aesthetics, and continues to incorporate both of these methods in her work. She believes each have their benefits and integrate well with one another.  Whether wanting progressive or aggressive results, feeling rejuvenated inside and out or exploring options to find what works, both have something to offer in achieving success.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Appointments

Appointments are preferred; however, walk-ins are welcome when available.

 

Treatments may be booked during our available business hours.  To reserve a treatment, you may call, text or email during those hours, leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible or you may choose to *book online*.  Booking online will require a credit card to keep on file, you will not be charged for your appointment, this is just to secure your spot.
 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

  • If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the 50% of your appointment.

 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets, or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  They will be charged 50% for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, your technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.  Out of respect and consideration to your technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

Payment

All payments will be completed on the day of the service, right after the treatment.  We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Check, Credit Cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay).

 

Intake and Consent Form

All new skincare guests must be prepared to complete the FIRST-TIME CLIENT HEALTH HISTORY FORM prior to the beginning of their first treatment.

Parking

 

Parking is located in a free full lot behind the building, or non-metered street parking is across the street diagonal to the right.
