What to know before your visit with us...
Appointment preferred, walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.
Appointment
Treatments may be booked for our available business hours. To reserve a treatment, you may call or email during those hours, leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible or you may choose to *book online*.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the 50% of your appointment if it is a repetitive offense.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 50% for their “missed” appointment if it becomes a repetitive offense.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Payment
All payments will be completed on the day of the service, right after the treatment. We accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
Intake and Consent Form
All new skincare guests must be prepared to complete the FIRST-TIME CLIENT HEALTH HISTORY FORM prior to the beginning of their first treatment.
*Online Booking
Online booking is fairly easy to use, but please read these helpful tips to make your online booking experience seamless. You can scan for appointments at any point in the future, but you need to manually choose the date through the "custom" feature otherwise it will only offer you as far as "next week". Your best bet for booking the exact time you want is to use the "custom" feature, keep in mind appointments go by 15 minute increments and it will only show the first five availabilites in the time frame you choose even if there are more options or we may very well be booked for those times. If all else fails give us a call and leave a message or email us directly, even though technology is wonderful sometimes being directly connected with an actual person is best.
*Parking is located in a free full lot behind the building or non-metered street parking is across the street diagonal to the right.
